Disappearing Valley

From one of my favorite backroads I can look down to the valley - where the towns of Joseph and Enterprise nestle into the foothills - and out to the surrounding mountains. On this cold morning a streak of peach spilled from the eastern horizon while low clouds obscured the nearest peak. After a few moments all of the mountains were shrouded in clouds, disappearing entirely from view.
